2. Service Availability
2.1 Our site is intended for use by individuals, businesses, and companies residing in Malaysia (“the Serviced Country”). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.
3. Your Status
3.1 By placing an order through our site or on the telephone, you warrant that:

- 3.1.2 You are a resident of the Serviced Country.
4. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us
4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Orders constitute an offer to buy a product from us and are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed by dispatching the order.
4.2 If a product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative with your confirmation. If no suitable replacement is available, we will contact you for cancellation. Refunds will be processed for any payments already made.
4.3 All orders will be fulfilled within seven (7) business days unless otherwise notified. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Malaysia.
4.4 Full payment is required at checkout.
4.5 Product batches may vary. Defective products can be returned within seven (7) days in original condition and packaging. Pre-order products are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Our Status
5.1 Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not guarantee the quality of products purchased from these sites.
6. Price and Payment
6.1 Prices on our site are subject to change and may contain errors.
6.2 If a product’s correct price is lower than listed, we will charge the lower price. If higher, we may honor the incorrect price at our discretion or contact you before proceeding.
6.3 We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect prices, even after order confirmation.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Products returned due to cancellation, defects, or policy disagreement will be inspected before processing a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed via the original payment method unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Defective products returned within seven (7) days will be refunded in full after deducting delivery costs. Approval is at our discretion.
7.3 Claims for incorrect quantities must be made within two (2) days of delivery.
7.4 Customers bear return shipping costs. The product remains your responsibility until received by us.
7.5 SALE and promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
7.6 All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7.7 Bank charges may apply for refunds and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

8.1 We warrant that any product purchased through our site is of satisfactory quality.

8.3 Warranty is covered by the respective brand owner unless stated otherwise.

11.1 We are not liable for failure or delays due to events beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”), including but not limited to:

- 11.1.2 Civil unrest, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
- 11.1.3 Transport, telecommunication, or government restrictions.
11.2 Our obligations are suspended during Force Majeure Events, and we will strive to minimize delays.
12. Waiver
12.1 Failure to enforce any contract term does not waive our rights.
12.2 Waivers are only valid if provided in writing.
13. Severability
13.1 If any term is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
14. Entire Agreement
